The rejuvenation

Placing calming and nourishing green spaces at the heart of Canada Water is essential to the vision for its unique evolution with a new park, high street and town square planned.
Twelve acres of new or improved public space will be accessible via the beautiful Printworks Park, the Dock Office Courtyard and Canada Dock with the rejuvenating riverside Canada Water Dock and kayaking and paddleboarding on Greenland Dock increasingly accessible via pedestrianised streets and cycle paths.
Boosting calm and wellbeing, you’ll be able to walk, run or cycle a 5km car-free route.
A new 170-metre boardwalk will run from The Founding across the dock and restored wetlands which are home to 120 species of birds in the area.
Incredible new workspaces
There will be 2.5 million sq ft of office and lab space for 20,000 people set across a host of net-zero buildings including the converted Printworks and brand new Dock Shed, Three Deal Porters and Paper Yard.
Designed by award-winning architects, these new workspaces will acknowledge Canada Water’s industrial heritage and travel connections to the whole of London while bringing a very 21st century sensibility to people’s day-to-day needs with roof terraces, leisure facilities, 100% electric offices, social and cultural spaces that will be unlike anything else in London.
Designed for all of life
The Founding is Canada Water’s new landmark residential building that leads the way for 3,000 net-zero new homes in the area where residents can embrace one of the city’s greenest neighbourhoods with five schools within a 10-minute walk.
